Welcome! I’m Karina Hogan, a Central Oregon real estate professional with a passion for adventure, animals, and helping people find the perfect place to call home.

I’ve always believed life is about following your dreams. Whether I was kiteboarding in Hawaii, racing motorcycles in Hungary, snowboarding through the Austrian Alps, or competing in show jumping across Germany and the United States, I’ve never been afraid to embrace new experiences and new challenges.

That journey eventually brought me to Central Oregon, and it quickly became home. From the stunning Cascade Mountains and high-desert landscapes to the welcoming communities of Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Prineville, and the surrounding areas, I fell in love with everything this incredible region has to offer. The outdoor lifestyle, beautiful scenery, and strong sense of community make living in Central Oregon unlike anywhere else.

Animals have always been a huge part of my life. Horses and dogs hold a special place in my heart, and you’ll often find me spending time with them whenever I can. (Snakes, however, are one adventure I’ll happily skip!)

When I’m not helping clients buy or sell homes in Central Oregon, you’ll probably find me riding my horses, taking a Zumba class, exploring local trails with my dog, spending time with friends, kiteboarding up in the Gorge, Snowmobiling, or enjoying everything our beautiful region has to offer.
